Garlic-Rosemary Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1.5 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

Directions

1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high 30 seconds. Toss Brussels sprouts with 2 Tbsp. oil mixture. Add all Brussels sprouts to mesh basket and place into inner pot. Cover with air frying lid. Press air fry function; select custom setting. Press timer; set to 5 minutes. Start.

2. Stir sprouts. Air-fry 7-8 minutes longer or until sprouts are lightly browned and near desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

3. Toss bread crumbs with rosemary and remaining oil mixture; sprinkle over sprouts. Air fry 3-5 minutes longer cooking or until crumbs are browned and sprouts are tender. Serve immediately.
