Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1.25 cup 2 % milk
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 4.5 cup day-old cubed brioche or egg bread
  • 1.25 cup raisin
  • 0.25 cup butter, cubed
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoon bourbon

Directions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together first 7 ingredients; stir in bread and raisins. Transfer to inner pot. Cover with glass lid. Press slow cook function; select vegetables setting. Press timer; set to 3 hours. Start.

2. For sauce, place butter, sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon. Serve warm with bread pudding.
