5 Things You Can Make Once and Eat All Week Using Your Emeril Pressure Air Fryer

As we hunker down and try to remain safe during this difficult time, we’ve come up with five basic recipes to try in your pressure cooker air fryer. The recipes we’ve listed below can be modified to use the ingredients you have on hand. Have fun experimenting!

Smokey White Bean & Ham

1. Beans - A bag of dry peas or beans is the perfect comfort food and super easy (and inexpensive!) to make. A quick basic recipe for split pea or bean soup only needs rinsed beans or peas, a chopped onion/carrot/and celery, stock of your choice and maybe a bay leaf. You can get creative by adding protein such as chopped ham, left over chicken or bacon. You will simply use your pressure cooker function for these recipes. 2. Roasted Chicken – The Emeril Pressure Cooker Air Fryer is the perfect way to make a roasted chicken. You don’t have to have fancy ingredients – just the chicken. Season as simply or as extravagantly as you’d like. Serve it for dinner, then use leftovers for sandwiches, stir frys, salads, soups and more. Use the leftover bones to make a delicious stock. Here’s a link to one of our favorite roasted chicken recipes. For best results pressure cook and then switch the lid to air fry.

3. Pasta – Pasta is accessible, affordable and a box goes a long way! We love this cheesy recipe for macaroni and cheese. Combining the pressure cooker and air fry functions makes this delicious dish in jiff!

4. Pulled pork – Have a pork butt or shoulder in the freezer? It’s the perfect protein base to many meals. You can put it frozen or thawed in your Emeril Pressure Cooker Air Fryer, add a little liquid, some seasonings, an onion and some garlic and let it go. You can season some of it with adobo and other Latin seasonings and serve over rice or stir in your favorite bbq sauce for pulled pork. Here’s one of our recipes for a Spicy Portuguese version.

5. Rice – We love using our Emeril Pressure Air Fryer to make rice and quinoa, it’s the easiest way to make perfect rice every time. We make a huge batch and add it to stir frys, soups, salads. We like making burrito bowls with some of that pulled pork or chicken, beans and salsa. And we also love to top it with Emeril’s Red Beans recipe.
