Ingredients

⅔ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 stick salted butter

1 cup powdered sugar

2 large eggs
-
2 egg yolks

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ cup plus 1 tbsp. flour
Directions
Do not use the Divider for this recipe.
Add the chocolate chips and butter to a microwavesafe glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Mix until all the chips are melted and the butter and chocolate are creamy and combined.
Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
Add the eggs, yolks, and vanilla and mix well.
Add the flour and stir until well combined to finish the batter.
Spray four 4-oz ramekins with nonstick spray. Pour the batter into the ramekins.
Select the Bake setting. Set the cooking temperature to 375° F and the cooking time to 8 minutes. Start the preheating process.
When the appliance is ready, place the ramekins on one of the XL accessories. Slide the accessory into the appliance. Bake for 8 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, let the lava cakes sit for 10 minutes before unmolding.
Serving recommendation: Serve with raspberries, mint, and raspberry sauce.
