¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 tbsp. chopped chives
Directions
Slide the Crisper Tray into shelf position 4/5. Place the eggs on the Crisper Tray.
Select the Egg setting. Set the cooking temperature to 250° F/121° C and the cooking time to 18 minutes.
Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Then, peel the eggs, slice them in half length-wise, and remove the yolks.
In a bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, and mustard. Spoon the mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
