Recipe Type: Emeril Pressure Air Fryer

Servings: 4


  • 1 pound potatoes (about 2 medium)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt


1. Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-in.-thick slices; cut slices into 1/2-in.-thick sticks. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, pepper and salt.

2. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in mesh basket; place into inner pot. Cover with air frying lid. Press air fry function; select custom. Press timer;
set to 7 minutes. Start.

3. Stir fries. Air-fry 5-10 minutes longer or until fries are lightly browned and crisp. Repeat with remaining potatoes. Serve immediately.
