Crispy Rotisserie Chicken

with Garlic–Thyme Butter

  • 1 3 1/2 lb chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves


1. Season the chicken halves on both sides with the salt and white pepper.

2. Attach one of the Rotisserie Forks to the Rotisserie Spit and tighten the screws on the Fork. Slide the chicken onto the Spit and into the secured Fork with tie the chicken with twine. Secure the chicken on the Spit with the other Fork and screws. Insert the Spit into the Rotisserie connections inside the Power AirFryer 360.

3. Select the Rotisserie setting. Set the cooking temperature to 340° F/171° C and set the cooking time to 40 mins. Press the Start Button to begin the cooking cycle.

4. While the chicken is roasting, combine the butter, garlic, and thyme in a small bowl and stir well to blend.

5. As soon as the chicken is removed from the Power AirFryer 360, spread the garlic butter over the skin and serve immediately.
