Corn with Chili and Cheese

  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon whole milk
  • 4 ears fresh sweet corn
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 cup finely grated queso añejo, queso fresco, or Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt


1. Combine the sour cream and milk in a small bowl. Reserve the sour cream mixture.

2. Cut the corn in half and brush the corn generously with the melted butter.

3. Place the corn on the Crisper Tray. Slide the Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 2. Select the Airfry setting (400° F/205° C). Set the cooking time to 8 mins. Press the Start Button to begin the cooking cycle. Cook until the corn is crisp-tender and lightly golden in places

4. When the cooking time is complete, transfer the corn to a platter and squeeze the lime over the cooked corn. Brush the ears with some of the sour cream mixture. Coat the corn evenly on all sides with the cheese, sprinkle the corn with the chili powder and kosher salt, and serve immediately.
