Green Chile Turkey Soft Tacos

  • 2 pound turkey thighs
  • 8 ounce tomato sauce
  • 4 ounce chopped green chiles
  • 0.333333 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.75 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 8 6 in. flour tortillas
  • 0 Optional toppings
  • 0 chopped green onions
  • 0 olives
  • 0 Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0 sour cream
  • 0 shredded lettuce


1. Remove skin from turkey; add to inner pot. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, chiles, onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic and cumin; pour over turkey. Cover with glass lid. Press slow cook function; select poultry setting. Set to medium cook time (6 hours). Start. Cook until turkey is tender.

2. Remove turkey; shred meat with a fork and return to inner pot. Heat through.

3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of turkey mixture down the center of each tortilla. Add toppings of your choice. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling and roll up.
